Return Policy

1. During shipment it is possible that your product(s) may have been damaged. If your product(s) is damage in transit, then Eyefloaters.com will replace the damaged item(s) at no cost to you.

2. If you decide you no longer want a product(s) and desire to return the item(s), you may do so. All returns that are not directly related to a defect or damage during shipping will be assessed a penalty. A restocking fee of 50% of the cost of the item(s) and the cost of shipping will be charged to your account. You must return the item(s) within 10 business days and pay the penalty fee no more than 30 days after the date the item is returned. Returns will be accepted no later than 10 days after the shipping date.


 3. If your product(s) is delivered and is defective then call Eyefloaters.com customer service at 703.536.2400 immediately. Eyefloaters.com will replace the defective item(s) with a new one at no cost to you. If the product(s) is defective and you desire a refund, Eyefloaters.com will refund the full amount of the cost of the item(s). Due to processing, refund of your money may take up to 30 days.

4. If you have ordered a product(s) online and no longer desire that item(s), Eyefloaters.com offers a 24-hour grace period. Call a customer service representative within 24 hours of the time your purchase was made and Eyefloaters.com will cancel your order at no cost to you.

 

Method of Shipping/Delivery Timelines

The majority of shipping for Eyefloaters.com is handled through UPS or FedEx. Fees for shipping are added in the flat rate of the cost of the product.

 Delivery time for a product(s) is determined by two factors:
