Falls Church, Virginia is inside of the Washington Route 495 Beltway. Falls Church is about 5 miles west of Washington, D.C. Our office is in the four story red brick medical building on Park Avenue across from City Hall. Our building is next to the City Library. There is parking in the lot around the building. Our suite is on the parking lot level; after coming inside the back of the building, turn left at the hallway.
AIRPORTS
- From Reagan National Airport (the closest)-go west on Rt. 50. At Seven Corners, go west on Rt. 7 into Falls Church.
- From Dulles International Airport- go on the Dulles Access and Toll Road, pass under Beltway 495 (don't get on it). Go about 4 miles and then onto Route 66 east. Exit onto Lee Highway (Washington St.) south. You are then in Falls Church.
- The least expensive way from Dulles is to take the Washington Flyer shuttle to Falls Church West Metro station and from there take a taxi to anywhere in Falls Church for about $8.
- Usually there are adequate cabs at both airports. But if needed, Falls Church Yellow Cab is (703) 534-1111 and Arlington Yellow Cab is (703) 527-2222.

TRAIN
- Take the train to Union Station, Washington, D.C.
- Take the Metro (subway) Red line at Union Station to Metro.
- At Metro Center transfer to the Orange line and go to East Falls Church Station (not the Orange line toward New Carrollton).
- At East Falls Church Metro Station:
- Turn to the right as you exit the Metro Station and cabs are lined up there. It's a 5 minute ride to our office. In the rare event of no cabs, call Falls Church Yellow cab at (703) 534-1111.
- Walk 20 minutes to our office (see map)
- or turn left as you exit the Metro Station and get on any of these Metrobuses: 2A Dunn Loring Station, 2B & 2G Fair Oaks Mall and 2B Oakton, 2C or 3B Tysons Corner, or 3A Annandale. (A bus comes about every 15 minutes.) Ride bus 6 blocks. Get off at Washington Street Lee Highway and Park Ave. Walk 2 1/2 blocks on Park Ave. to office. Park Ave. goes only one direction from this intersection).

SIGHTSEEING IN WASHINGTON
Seeing all the memorials and points of interest on the Official Tourmobile is easy and no parking problems. On the Tourmobile you get a narrated introduction as you approach the sight. You get off and stay as long as you like, and then get back on to go to the next stop. One comes about every 15 minutes. The cost is $25 per adult and $12 per child. GETTING TO THE TOURMOBILE:
The closest place from Falls Church to get on the Tourmobile is Arlington National Cemetery . A taxi there is about $15. Or go to the Tourmobile by the Metro as follows. Go to the East Falls Church Metro Station (walk, cab, or our local bus "George"); take the Orange line toward New Carrollton but get off at the Rosslyn stop; there switch to the Blue line toward Franconia-Springfield but go only one stop and get off at Arlington Cemetery. The Tourmobile takes a circular route and will bring you back to Arlington Cemetery . No advanced registration needed. (There are no limitations on activities after the laser surgery.) FUN IN FALLS CHURCH
HISTORY
Falls Church takes it name for a little wooden church (Episcopal) completed in 1733. It was known as "The Falls Church " because of its proximity to the Little Fall of the Potomac River . Members of the church (located one block south of Broad Street on Lee Highway,see Map above) were Francis Scott Key, author of "The Star Spangled Banner", George Mason, architect of Virginia' Bill of Rights, and George Washington.

Live music every night in a top ranked venue for all of Washington . State of the art sound system, all good seats, excellent bands, acts, and good food. STARBUCKS When you walk out of the parking lot level exit of our office you are facing the back of a small strip mall. Turn left and walk around the side of the mall. Starbucks is the first business you come to in the mall.

Falls Church is recognized for this. We had 26 at last count. Most are on Broad Street, going west from our office.
SHOPPING
Washington 's largest shopping malls are Tysons Corner I and II. They are 4 miles from our office going west of Route 7 ( Broad Street ). For Tysons I, after crossing over Beltway 495, turn right at third street. For Tysons II (the newer), turn right at the fourth street (International Drive).
Seven Corner Mallis smaller than the above. From our office go east on Broad Street for about 1.5 miles.
CITY PARK
The city park is directly across Park Avenue from our office. It is a wooded park with benches, tables, shelter, and children's playground. It is a very nice area to eat a carry out lunch. Free.
CITY LIBRARY
The city library adjoins our parking lot. Comfortable chairs, many newspapers, magazines, and free internet access.
LOCAL NEWSPAPER
The Falls Church News-Press, www.fcnp.com, is distributed free in most restaurants. It comes out each Thursday. The newspaper, but not the web site, lists local events and concerts.
